PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)

Known as “plastic gold”, PPS is a high‑performance special engineering plastic. Core features: superior high‑temperature resistance with long‑term service temperature of 200‑240 °C and heat‑deflection temperature above 260 °C. Outstanding chemical resistance, barely soluble in any solvent below 200 °C and highly resistant to acid‑alkali corrosion. It is intrinsically flame‑retardant and reaches UL94‑V0 rating without additional flame‑retardant additives. It also delivers excellent dimensional stability (molding shrinkage ＜0.0025%) and favorable electrical properties. The neat resin is brittle, so modification with glass fiber or other fillers is generally required.

Main Applications
